Box of shame / guilt

Living inside it, filling the void, emptiness that eating u alive..
Consumed by secrets, willing to hide, for desires and pleasures that always thrive..

Crushing under it, lifting up high, burdened with a box of lies..
Frightened of loosing, stakes so high, worried about the bond that ties ..

Hiding beneath it,  feeling of strain, its the mask u wore giving u pain..
Gone thru a lot, now acting strange, its a lonely heart being derange..

Coming out of  it, pushing it hard, thrown into psychiatric ward..
Suppressed by people, quitting is hard, holding on to unknown identity card..

Talking about it, bringing a change, sharing the secret reducing strain..
Endorsed by loved ones, fighting the pain, this moment on i opt to refrain..
